Marketplace Source offers a 30-day return policy for eligible purchases. Customers must contact customer support within 30 days of confirmed delivery and receive return instructions before sending any product back.

To qualify, products generally need to be in the same condition received, unused, uninstalled and unaltered where applicable, with original components and proof of purchase. Products damaged through misuse, improper installation or unauthorized modification may not qualify for a standard return.

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, customers should contact Marketplace Source promptly. When the issue is confirmed as the company's error or an eligible defect, reasonable return shipping may be covered or arranged. For change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered products, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Automotive customers should verify part numbers, engine codes, vehicle specifications, dimensions and compatibility before ordering. Installed, modified or improperly handled automotive parts may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return, while applicable rights for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

Certain products can be non-returnable for change-of-mind purposes, including final-sale items, customized products, gift cards, opened hygiene-sensitive products, misused or modified products, and certain restricted materials.

Once an authorized return is received and approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Marketplace Source generally initiates approved refunds within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return, although banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the funds.

Customers should not send returns directly to the business address unless instructed. The support team provides the correct return location after authorization, particularly for large, heavy, automotive and freight products.
